May Cooking Class

Our next cooking class will be on May 7th at 9:30AM. It will be an Indian Cooking Class.
Charu and Bhawna from India will teach us how to cook 4 traditional meals.

The menu for the cooking class will include the following dishes:

- Poori: a deep fried whole wheat bread
- Aloo ki sabzi:  potatoes in a spicy & tangy tomato based gravy
- Chicken curry: chicken in bone in a spicy onion & cashew nut based gravy
- The Dessert:  "Halwa" is a semolina pudding

Participants will sit down to enjoy the lunch around noon. The class costs only $5, and  you can sign up at any Thursday meeting.
