Bhawna will show us how to cook Hungarian food!
The menu isn't quite final yet but it will most probably be:
- “Beef Gulyas” (Goulash) & “Nokedli” (Hungarian pasta)
- “Palacsinta” (Hungarian crepes)
- and a vegetarian entree, probably “Lesco” (bell pepper stew).
We will enjoy our lunch together after the cooking class. The cooking class will be held at the First Baptist Church, starting at 9:30 a.m.
To join the class, please sign up and pay $5 at any of the regular Thursday meetings. The costs cover ingredients and copies of the recipes.
