November 19 - Brazilian cooking class
Daiane is going to teach us how to cook Brazilian food!
The menu will be:
- “Pão de queijo” (kind of cheese bread) as an appetizer
- “Feijoada” (bean stew served with collard greens, rice and farofa) as a main dish
- Pumpkin compote with coconut for dessert
To join the class, please sign up and pay $5 at any of the regular Thursday meetings. The costs cover ingredients and copies of the recipes.
