February Cooking Class

Our next cooking class will be on Wednesday, February 26th at 9:30am.

We still have some cold weather ahead, so come and learn some new soup recipes with our Dona.  All are easy, tasty, and vegetarian! And since they're also low-fat and healthy, we'll add a simple fruit and nut-filled cake for dessert. Here is what Dona will teach us to make:
  • 30 Minute Minestrone
  • Southwestern Corn and Potato Soup           
  • 30 Clove Garlic Soup                     
  • Apple-Walnut Squares
The class is just $5 and includes the lesson, the recipes and the lunch.

January 2014 Cooking Class

October Cooking Class

Join us on Wednesday, October 30 at 9:30am for a Korean Cooking Class. The class is just $5 and includes the lesson, the recipes plus lunch.  

Jihyun Harris will teach us how to make the following dishes:

Jap Chae - Sweet potato noodle with vegetable
Bi Bim Bob - Rice with vegetable
Bul Go Gi - Soy source marinated beef
